RMU is specialized on the construction of marking machines (microdot, scratch and laser machines) and across the board on “traceability”, which is a concept born in automotive sector and then spread in all other economical divisions, starting from multinationals to small ?rms. Traceability is important in order to know products’ history, products’ codes, where these products have been produced, in which way and by whom.
Our machines present an indelible code mark and they are arranged to be inserted in automatic production lines; they can also be interfaced with management software in a bidirectional way. A shared technology for the coding of the parts is the use of a 2D code called DATA MATRIX. In the last years it is widely Used in the industry for the traceability of the products. This type of code can be used for colleting the following information: code of the product, number of the piece, a unique serial code. It can be really small and at the same time it can give a lot of information, can be marked with all the kind of technology we have like microdots, scratching and laser machines. BARCODE/條形碼

Our marking machines can reach the data information to be marked by a Barcode reader, but even by a DM reader, through RS232 and USB. With the lasers machines it is possible to generate a barcode that can read, because of this king technology can create a different color.

QRCODE/二維碼

Our marking machine guarantees a good marking of this kind of code and a fast readable marking of QR CODE. The QRCODE is a 2D code, composed by black forms inside to a squared shield. The QR CODE can be texts and numbers. It can memorized up to 4.296 alphanumeric characters, 7.089 numeric characters.
